Tuxedo in black lightweight wool. The jacket features peak lapels in glossy grosgrain. The classic trousers have front pleats, five pockets, an elasticized waistband, and a side band in black trim. The waistcoat, with welt pockets, four grosgrain-covered buttons, and a pointed hem, is made in the same fabric as the suit. The tuxedo shirt, with a rounded piqué bib at the front, is crafted in white cotton muslin and features four oval mother-of-pearl stud buttons on the chest and knot cufflinks in black elastic cord at the cuffs. The look is completed by a black grosgrain bow tie.

The tuxedo was worn at the 70th Academy Awards ceremony, where Matt Damon and Ben Affleck won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for Good Will Hunting (Gus Van Sant, 1997).
