This collection represents a decisive return to the classic codes of sartorial elegance, inspired once again by the allure of 1930s American cinema, with explicit references to the myth of Clark Gable. The "Clark Gable" jackets are distinguished by wide, low lapels, with the gorge positioned mid-chest, while the wider ties emphasise the traditional yet modern silhouette. The fit is characterised by broad shoulders and slender lines that hint at a sophisticated masculine figure, authoritative but with a relaxed air.
The men's wardrobe consists of suits, shirts with pointed collars and wide, draped trousers, often high-waisted with pleats and fabric belts, contributing to a sense of fluidity and movement in the garment. Among the materials, the colour palette favours neutral and earthy tones - tobacco, brown, slate grey, ochre, olive green, black and dark blue - reflecting an elegant and versatile sobriety.
Precious fabrics such as soft cashmere, vicuña, alpaca, silky velvets, corduroy and rough tweed alternate to offer rich, layered textures, underlining Armani's signature craftsmanship and sartorial quality. Outerwear ranges from leather jackets to bomber jackets and trench coats, through to tuxedos and double-breasted jackets for formal occasions, confirming a complete range that fuses functionality and sophistication. The photographic campaign signed by Aldo Fallai visually conveys the balance between classicism and modernity, with images that communicate timeless elegance.
